You enter your customers name, email and/or mobile phone into our app and the system sends and email or text to your customer, asking a simple sentiment question. If the answer is positive they’re given a choice of 1 to 4 popular review sites where they can write their review. If they give your business less than a 4-star rating or a negative sentiment answer, they’re directed to a private page where they can provide feedback on their experience. This gives you an opportunity to address your customer’s concern before they leave a bad review on the Internet.

Sites like Google Plus, Yelp, Citysearch, Merchant Circle, Facebook, Travelocity along with many more. We recommend allowing your customers to choose from 3 or four review site. Ultimately, it’s more beneficial to have 5-star reviews everywhere your customers look for the products and/or services you offer.
